We ceased guiding hunting safaris at the conclusion of our 2024 season. But there’s more! Towards the end of 2025 we will be rebuilding this website into a subscription only members platform for lovers of dangerous game hunting, more specifically wild bovines, Water Buffalo and Cape Buffalo in particular.
Any interest in buffalo hunting comes with an equal interest in large calibre heavy hitting cartridges and rifles. Whilst we will be covering all suitable dangerous game cartridges our focus will be on one cartridge the .404 Jeffery /.404 Rimless Nitro Express / 10.75x73mm.
I have been compiling my memoir “Safety off and one up the Spout” over the past 8 years. Now with hunting behind me the time has come to share my experiences with interested readers. Rather than publishing a hard copy I have decided to release a chapter at a time online to members every couple of months and give readers the chance to join me online and have me expand on any content and discuss the issues involved.
