SAMBAR HUNTING PRICES 2010 Season
(ex Melbourne)

Hunter US$7300 (Hunting 1 x 1)    Non-Hunting companions US$2000.

(Price includes pick up at Melbourne International Airport and road transfer to lodge (approx. 5 hrs).
HUNT DURATION: 8 days.  (You arrive on day 1 and return on day 8)
Extra Days: US$500 Hunter, US$200 Non-hunter.

TROPHY FEES: Sambar Stag US$1,500, Sambar Hind US$200 

Trophy preparation, packing and documentation for export: US$300.  (Full Body Skin US$1000 surcharge)

Note Due to the volatility of exchange rates our prices have been set at the exchange rate of
US$0.90 = AU$1.00  Prices are subject to adjustment for rise and fall should the exchange rate move outside the range of US$0.85 to US$0.95 = AU$1.00

HUNT PRICES include all meals, alcoholic beverages, daily laundry service and all transport whilst in camp, in short all found! We pay for all hunting permits, licenses and fees for the importation of your firearms and organize the necessary paperwork. (Quality Bolt action Rifles in suitable calibers are available for use at no charge for clients not wishing to travel with firearms.)

Payment Terms: A deposit of 50% of daily rates, or packaged price, is payable on booking. The balance and transfers to camp (if using air charter) payable 14 days prior to arrival. Trophy fees are payable on all game taken or wounded at the conclusion of the hunt.
We prefer International Telegraphic (wire) Transfer for major payments and credit card for trophy fees and incidentals. (We accept Visa and Master Card credit cards ) We also accept cash in AU$ and US$ for payments of trophy fees and incidentals.  Note: There are no additional charges or hidden costs.

Booking Amendments:  You may reschedule dates, subject to availability, or transfer your booking to the following calendar year at no additional charge, provided we are advised prior to Jan 1st. of the hunt year.
A fee may be charged for changes requested after that deadline. 

Cancellations: A US$1500 fee will be charged for cancellations requested prior to Jan 1st of the hunt year. Cancellations after Jan 1st will result in forfeiture of your deposit.  We advise you to take travel insurance to protect you against the possibility of having to reschedule or cancel due to insurable events.
