BANTENG HUNTING PRICES 2008
(ex Darwin)

We do not guide for Banteng, free range banteng hunting is only available on the Coburg penninsula on the far north coast of Australia. We can organise and co-ordinate a banteng hunt for you in conjunction with Davidsons Safaris.

Due to the rapidly appreciating AU$ against the US$ it is not possible to provide a price estimate at this time. As a general guide the cost of this hunt would be in the region of AU $11,000 (as of July 2007 this equates to US$10,500)

HUNT DURATION:  4 days.  (You arrive on day 1 and return on day 5)
All inclusive of day rates, trophy fee on one banteng bull and packing for export.
(Extra animals may be taken and trophy fees paid at the conclusion of the hunt) 

AIR CHARTER Return air-charter from Darwin is between US$900 and US$2,000 EXTRA depending on number of passengers.

TROPHY FEES (subject to change) for additional animals:  Banteng Bull US$4,500  Sambar Deer US$2,000   Boar US$450 
 (Surcharge for skinning and preparing a full body skin US$800)

HUNT PRICES include all meals, alcoholic beverages, daily laundry service and all transport whilst in camp, in short all found! We pay for all hunting permits, licenses and fees for the importation of your firearms and organize the necessary paperwork. (Quality Bolt action Rifles in suitable calibers are available for use at no charge for clients not wishing to travel with firearms.)

Payment Terms: A deposit of 50% of daily rates, or packaged price, is payable on booking. The balance and transfers to camp (if using air charter) payable 14 days prior to arrival. Trophy fees are payable on all game taken or wounded at the conclusion of the hunt.
We prefer International Telegraphic transfer for major payments and cash or travelers checks for trophy fees and incidentals. We also accept Visa and Master Card credit cards for deposits and payments of trophy fees and incidentals.  Note: There are no additional charges or hidden costs.

Booking Amendments:  You may reschedule dates, subject to availability, or transfer your booking to the following calendar year at no additional charge, provided we are advised prior to March 1st. of the hunt year.
A fee may be charged for changes requested after that deadline. 

Cancellations: A US$1000 fee will be charged for cancellations requested prior to March 1st of the hunt year. Cancellations after March 1st will result in forfeiture of your deposit.  We advise you to take travel insurance to protect you against the possibility of having to reschedule or cancel due to insurable events.
